Can I provide a photo of what I want?

We love inspiration photos however we are unable to imitate others work. Your photo will be used for ideas. 

What happens if I book a service and then cancel?

The deposit is non-refundable however it is transferable within 1 year of the original event date. Please reference your booking agreement for more details.

Can you create a balloon garland using balloons I already have?

To ensure the quality and longevity of your product, we do not use balloons provided by the client. 

Do you travel?

We love to travel but please note travel fees may apply. 

I am running a charity event, would you provide balloons free of charge?

The template is a CANVA template. Please be familiar with or willing to become familiar with CANVA. You must already have experience in using it or willing to learn by doing research such as Google or Youtube. You will need a FREE Canva account to edit the template. You do not need the paid version to edit the template. HOWEVER, some of the elements used in the design are Pro Canva elements and you will not be able to download the finished product if you don't have a Canva Pro account. The way around that is to change any element that is a Pro Canva element to one of the free elements available before downloading/printing your design. Printing is also UP TO YOU. You can print at home or anywhere that prints for customers.
